BACKGROUND
The JHC OBA Victoria is a voluntary association of the past pupils of Jaffna Hindu College presently living in Victoria, Australia. The OBA was formed in late 80s by Jaffna Hindu Old boys, for the purpose of creating the bonding between the past students of JHC. Since then the dedicated members of the JHC OBA Victoria have worked tirelessly to make a more active and stable OBA. By 1990, the OBA had drafted a more comprehensive Constitution, which was very necessary for formalising the functions of the Association and the Association was incorporated in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in 1990.
